Refund policy

1. 30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from the charge to request a full refund of your first purchase of any plan, for any reason, including “it was not what I expected”.

You do not need to justify anything or stop using the app while you decide. That is what the 7-day free trial is for, and even so we would rather the guarantee were real.

2. How to ask for it

Write to jesusalsn8n@gmail.com from your account’s email address saying you want a refund. You do not need to explain why.

We reply within three working days at most. The refund is issued to the original payment method; how long it takes to show on your statement — usually five to ten working days — is down to your bank.

3. Renewals

The guarantee covers the first purchase of each plan. On automatic renewals, if you tell us within 7 days of the charge and you have not used the paid features in that period, we refund those too.

You can cancel renewal at any time from your account: you keep access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again.

4. When we may say no

Only in cases of obvious abuse: buying and requesting refunds repeatedly, accounts created to exploit the guarantee, or serious breaches of the terms of use.

If that is your case we will tell you, explaining why. We do not use this as a blanket excuse.

5. Your legal rights are separate

This policy is a commercial commitment of ours, broader than the legal minimum. It neither replaces nor reduces whatever the law gives you.

In the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal under the corresponding section of the Terms. In Mexico you keep the rights granted by the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor.

6. Before opening a dispute with your bank

Write to jesusalsn8n@gmail.com first. A chargeback takes weeks, locks your account while it is resolved, and penalises us even when we are right. Asking us directly is faster for both.
