The skeleton

Paths, Ladders and the daily part

An app of loose exercises leaves you the hard part: deciding what to train today and when to raise the bar. Here that is solved in three layers, and each one does a different job.

The Paths · you learn the technique

Guided routes of short chained lessons, like a map that opens as you go. A lesson is a few minutes: one idea laid out in pages — not endless scroll — and several drills where you try it. Every unit ends in a test, what you get wrong comes back, and a mixed practice pulls together the weakest items from all your lessons.

The opening lessons of every Path are open without paying.

  1. The Reading Path

Zero to fast reader: fixations, regressions, perceptual span, pacing and comprehension.

  2. The Memory Path

Zero to mental athlete: the core first, then the disciplines, which train in parallel.

  3. The Mental Math Path

Zero to human calculator: one method per lesson, with its worked example and its drills.

  4. The English Path

Vocabulary through the keyword method and palaces, with a word explorer and rung-based review.

The Ladders · you drill it to a mark

A Path teaches you how. A Ladder makes you do it properly. Every rung is a full routine with a measurable target, and it is not passed by showing up — it is passed by hitting the mark. Before each drill there is a technique card saying what it trains, how to do it and what to watch for.

The first four rungs of every Ladder are open without paying.

  1. Speed Ladder

Rungs of 50 words per minute at a time. To climb you have to hold the speed with comprehension above the threshold: speed alone does not count.

  2. Math Ladder

Five chained blocks per rung — mixed arithmetic, methods, big multiplication, percentages — in one continuous session. Your average accuracy climbs it, not your mood.

  3. Memory Ladder

8 rungs for each of the 10 disciplines, at the targets used in competition and with a minimum accuracy to call it mastered.

Routines by level · you pick how hard it bites

Every Ladder can be walked at 5 levels of demand. Same technique, different load: what changes is the clock, the volume and the format.

  1. BasicFirst contact, no clock.
  2. IntermediateThe technique is there: more volume.
  3. AdvancedSerious load, test format.
  4. EliteA mental athlete's loads.
  5. CompetitionChampionship demand.

And inside a routine you can set the level of each drill separately: if the reading feels easy and the maths feels hard, you do not have to choose between the two.

The daily part · the bit that actually decides

None of this works if you do not come back tomorrow. So the daily side is built for the day you are in a hurry, not for the day you have time to spare.

  1. Daily Session

Three blocks of about seven minutes, one per pillar. Finish all three and the streak advances. There are daily missions and a reward for closing them.

  2. Personal coach

Tell it how many minutes you have and it builds the session: warm-up, technique and main block, at the load your measured level allows. Leave it automatic or set the band yourself.

  3. Your own routines

If you would rather decide, you assemble the routine drill by drill, configure each one, save it and reuse it. Routines can be exported and imported.

  4. Spaced repetition

It runs across all three pillars: memory items, the mental-math methods you get wrong and English vocabulary come back when they are due, not when you remember them.

And all of it leaves a trace

Every drill has its own level measured in its own unit, every pillar has a rank, and the whole thing sums into the Index. There is a baseline assessment across four domains, a streak calendar, history by period and a projection at your current pace.

The Index is an in-house progress measure. It is not a validated psychometric test or a clinical assessment, and it diagnoses nothing.

Start at the beginning

The baseline assessment is five minutes and it decides which rung the app puts you on. After that it is coming back.
